What are the basic principles of learning?

The guidelines for learning are known as principles of learning. The principles of learning are-

  • Readiness

 Exactly meaning of readiness is quickness. Every human learner is Human can learn things quickly rather than longer time.

  • Recency

Update of information is called recency. Every learner needs to be updated with this information. In the organization, employees need to be updated with his work.

  • Repetitiveness

 Which things are repeated several with the learner, he or she can easily capture this thing. Rather they can be bore and unwillingness in learning.

  • Reinforcement

Recognition of activity is reinforcement. Reinforcement can be positive or negative. It depends on the learner.

  • Relevance

Learning should be relevant to this information. Irrelevant information hampers the proper learning.

  • Boundaryless

 The learner can learn anything from anywhere. Learning cannot be learning from any specific area or place.

  • Feedback

Feedback makes learning more effective. Without feedback, there is no one who believes that the learner cannot learn it.

  • Segmentation

Segmentation is the division of learning. Learning should be segmented to the help of the learning effectively.

  • Presentation effect

 The visual effect is known as presentation effect. In learning should be presenting. Learning visual effect like the slide, projector, video clips is more effective than other.

  • Freedom

Freedom can be defined as independence. In learning freedom makes more effective.

  • Explanation

The explanation is necessary for learning. If there is no explanation in learning than the learning will not be understood by learners.

  • Multiplies roots

 There are different ways of learning for different people. The listing, visualization is the multiple roots of learning.
