Anyone can prepare butter at home by the following process-
At first, the cream should be separated from milk. Then it is cooled. The quality of butter depends on the acidity or the fat presence in cream of milk. Then the cream was agitated extremely to break the membrane around the fat consisting lipoprotein. Then the butter grain is formed by fats. Then butter grain is taken to a filter and washing it with water again & again. After removing the water from butter it has to be cooled. To increase the taste of butter a title amount of salt is added to it. Then it is cut in different sized in a suitable pot. Butter is preserved in the refrigerator.
