It is the process of enhancing an employee’s future value. Career planning is the pre-stage of entering into the career. Career planning consists of thinking about the position where a person wants to achieve and take necessary actions or steps to achieve those positions. It helps individuals develop skills required to fulfill different career roles. It is a crucial phase of human resource development that helps the employees in making a strategy for work-life balance. It can also give professional directions, as they relate to career goals.

  • Deliberately plan your career goals; and
